Sailing delays likely

Delays to NorthLink sailings are likely again tonight and tomorrow due to swell conditions in Aberdeen Harbour.

While the Hjaltland should leave Lerwick on schedule tonight, the Hrossey, which is due to sail north from Aberdeen to Lerwick at 7pm, may be postponed or cancelled because of the weather.

Tomorrow night’s sailings will also be affected, with the Hjaltland leaving Aberdeen at 1am. The Hrossey should leave Lerwick on schedule, at 7pm.

Tonight’s cargo vessel sailings have been cancelled.
