Kirkwall ferry stop cancelled

0 comments, , by , in News

Predictions of strong winds and rough seas have resulted in tonight’s southbound ferry stop at Kirkwall being cancelled. Serco NorthLink said Hrossey will leave at 5.30pm, sailing directly to Aberdeen.

Tomorrow’s journey to Lerwick from Aberdeen at 5pm, stopping at Kirkwall, is also under review. This is due to severe weather being forecast.

Freight sailings are under review because of the conditions.
