A man has been remanded in custody after appearing in private at Lerwick Sheriff Court on drugs charges.
David McKinnon, 33, whose address was simply given as “Shetland”, is alleged to have contravened the 1971 Misuse of Drugs act.
Meanwhile, Kelly Ross, 38, also of Shetland, was released on bail after also being faced with drug offences.
Neither of the two made any plea or declaration and both were committed for further examination.
