0 comments, , by , in News

Fire destroyed a car in Fladdabister last night (Friday).

A single appliance from Lerwick managed to put out the blaze but not before the L registered Peugeot was burned out. The fire brigade was alerted at 11.39pm and declared the incident over at 16 minutes past midnight.

Firemen used two sets of breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet while tackling the blaze.
