Extra seats for Bergen flights

Flybe franchise partner Loganair has announced more seats on its Sumburgh to Norway route this summer.

The airline has boosted capacity by almost 400 additional seats on the summer air link, operated by a bigger Saab 2000 aircraft.

Loganair provides a weekly service between Sumburgh and Bergen each Saturday between 11th June and 27th August.

Loganair spokesman Roy Bogle said: “The Sumburgh-Bergen route is very popular during the summer months.

“Demand is high so we’ve increased capacity, which will be good news to people travelling between the Northern Isles and Norway.”
