Court appearance for assault charge trio

Three men appeared from custody on a petition alleging assault to injury and permanent disfigurement at Lerwick Sheriff Court today.

Mark Simon Rushby, 20, of Lerwick, Nathan Gary Robertson, 19, of Culswick and fifty-seven-year-old Richard Garry Bradley, of Lerwick, all appeared on the assault charge and Bradley is also accused of possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.

All three appeared separately in private, made no plea or declaration, were committed for further examination and were released on bail.
