Nature’s Revenge? (Rosa Steppanova)

I refer to your news item “Council staff told to vacate North Ness headquarters in Lerwick”. It comes as no surprise to me that “the White House”, also known as Corpulent Services HQ, has “problems”.

In fact, had SIC/SCT/Slap consulted me before building work began, this could have been avoided.

When the site was cleared hundreds of plants, as well as thousands of crocus and daffodil bulbs and their associated fauna were bulldozed.

A clear case of Madame Nature’s Revenge and perhaps a lesson for the future?

The day of the Triffids; Shetland Island Council evacuate office complex due to subterranean invasion of Triffids bent on revenge. 😉
