We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our small reception team at KGQ Hotels. Full-time or part-time hours available. Applicants must be fluent in English and have basic computer skills, good customer service and communication skills and a friendly and professional telephone manner.

Your main responsibilities will include taking and confirming reservations, completing procedures when guests arrive and depart, handing out keys, preparing bills and taking payments and daily banking. You may also be required to assist on the bar or in the restaurant on occasion.
