Driving at 35mph in a 20mph limit lead to DITT director Roy Leask being fined and having his licence endorsed when his case was heard at Lerwick Sheriff Court today.
Former Guizer Jarl Leask, 57, of Upper Sound, Lerwick, admitted the offence which took place at Sound Brae on 25th March. Leask was fined £140 and had four penalty points put on his licence.
The town centre was a hive of activity this afternoon with Living Lerwick’s street parade the centre of attraction.
