An Aberdeen man made a second private appearance at Lerwick Sheriff Court on drugs charges on Tuesday.
James McIver, 40, of Morrison Avenue in the city’s Sheddocksley area, appeared on a petition alleging a contravention of the Misuse of Drugs Act.
He made no plea or declaration and was fully committed for trial, before being remanded in custody.
The town centre was a hive of activity this afternoon with Living Lerwick’s street parade the centre of attraction.
