Documents system works well
I was surprised to read the letter by Bruce Stewart about his request for a copy of a document (“Surprised by museum”).
We wrote to Bruce on 18th October to tell him he could pay by “cheque, payable to: Shetland Amenity Trust [or] if payment by card, in person, by making a telephone call to our Museum shop reception”.
How Bruce concluded from this that “there are no credit card facilities” I do not understand. The system we use for sending copies all over the world works well. This is the first complaint we have had about it.
