Expensive sound of silence (Gordon Dargie)

It is some time since you reported (The Shetland Times, 16th November) that Shetland Charitable Trust and Shetland Islands Council had together appointed one of Scotland’s top lawyers to give a legal opinion on whether the trust needs to reform its constitution and reduce the number of councillor-trustees.

In your report then there was official talk of optimism of an opinion before Christmas. Did I miss something?
