Blueshell worker who installed hidden camera back in court

A man who was placed on the sex offenders’ register last week after admitting placing a camera in the toilet at his workplace appeared was arrested again for failing to register at the police station.

Robert Leask, 50, of Symbister, Whalsay, put the camera in a toilet used by men and women at the Blueshell Mussels processing factory in Brae. His case was adjourned at Lerwick Sheriff Court for background reports.

Today he appeared in court from custody for not registering with police between 6th and 11th July. He will be back in court on 27th July.
