NorthLink cancels Friday night sailing from Aberdeen

0 comments, , by , in

NorthLink has cancelled tonight’s sailing from Aberdeen due to the poor weather conditions and tomorrow’s sailing from Aberdeen is in doubt. An update will follow tomorrow morning.

However tonight’s departure from Lerwick of the Hjaltland is scheduled to go ahead at the normal time, 5.30pm, sailing to Kirkwall and Aberdeen.

Freight services are also affected. The Hildasay will leave Lerwick at the earlier time of 3pm today due to the adverse weather forecast, and the Helliar is scheduled to depart Aberdeen sailing for Kirkwall and Lerwick at 5pm.
