Ferry journeys changed due to bad weather

Today’s ferry service to Kirkwall and Aberdeen has been changed due to predicted bad weather.

Serco NorthLink said the Hrossey was due to leave at 5.30pm but instead will leave at 3am tomorrow, sailing directly to Aberdeen.

She is due to arrive in Aberdeen at 2pm.

Check-in will be between 5pm and 6.30pm.

On Friday the Hrossey will leave Lerwick for Kirkwall and Aberdeen at an earlier time of 3.30pm instead of 5.30pm.

This is again because of expected bad weather.
