Sick crewman callouts for coastguard

Shetland Coastguard has been called out twice today to come to the aid of sick crewmen.

At 11.20am a call was received to airlift a crewman from Wick fishing vessel Boy Andrew west of Shetland.

The crewman was flown to Clickimin before being transported to Gilbert  Bain Hospital.

This afternoon the  coastguard helicopter has been dealing with a medical evacuation of a sick crewman on the Magnus oil platform north-east of Shetland.
