Robbery at Lerwick premises

A man has been arrested in Lerwick after the theft of money from a commercial premises in the town centre on Friday afternoon.

After a report of “robbery” at 4.26pm police traced a 33 year-old man to a nearby address and he was arrested. He is expected to appear at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Monday.
