Baby rescued from locked car

A baby had to be rescued by firemen after being locked in a car last night (Saturday).

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service had no information on how the child came to be locked in the vehicle that was parked at Annsbrae Place, Lerwick, however one fire engine from the town arrived on scene at the back of 7pm and firemen smashed a passenger window in order to rescue the baby.
