Scalloway Primary School will remain closed on Monday because of a leaky water tank.

Schools pupils were due to return to their classes after the Easter break.

But acting headteacher Jennifer Williamson has warned parents that the Scalloway school is expected to remain shut.

Staff have apologised for any inconvenience caused.

Lessons are expected to begin again on Tuesday.
