Police reminder on lambing season

0 comments, , by , in News, ST Online

Police Scotland have reminded dog owners to ensure their dogs are kept under control when out and about during lambing season.

To avoid incidents of “sheep worrying”, the Police have urged dog walkers to exercise their dogs “respectfully”.

“Lambing is important to the rural economy of Shetland and we will be working with our communities to enable farmers to lamb successfully”.
