A 35-year-old man appeared at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Wednesday for his threatening and abusive behaviour.
Matthew Raymond Smith, of Lerwick, had entered and searched a garden at a home on Leslie Road in the town.
The incident, which Smith was fined £420 for, happened at night on 13th June.
