THE ROLE & THE REQUIREMENTS
Working closely with the Factory Manager, you will have full accountability for the day to day factory operation as well as supporting and managing the well-established team. You will need to be someone who can multitask and delegate where necessary, whilst having the ability to prioritise. You will need to be an inspirational and charismatic leader with the ability to drive performance and inspire the team around you. As with any management position within Cooke, the ability to drive culture and operational change is pivotal, as well as delivering sustainable change through best practice.
Other requirements include:
Experience and understanding of production processes, preferably food production
Flexible, ‘can do,’ attitude to role and duties
Excellent communicator with individuals at all levels
Ability to influence upwards and across in the organisation.

Whilst this position is based on a fixed term contract of 12 months, there may be possibility of a permanent contract upon completion.
