A man has been remanded in custody after facing two charges alleging assault to injury.
Marcin Olejniczak, 42, of Lerwick appeared on petition during a private hearing at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Monday.
He made no plea or declaration and was committed for further examination.
Olejniczak is expected to reappear in court again next week.
