Administration/Finance Assistant

21 hours per week 

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly self-motivated individual to provide administration and financial duties for Voluntary Action Shetland.

The Administration and Finance Assistant will assist the Finance Officer with financial and administration duties for Voluntary Action Shetland, including payroll, payments and other administration duties as required. This post is crucial for the effective and efficient operation of Voluntary Action Shetland and associated services.

The successful candidate must be computer literate, have excellent communication skills and experience of Sage accounts and payroll, with a flexible approach to working and dealing with the public. He/she will have relevant experience to the post and must be able to work within a multi disciplinary capacity and a non-judgemental approach.
