Fire crews from Lerwick and Scalloway were called to a two vehicle collision at around 9pm last night (Wednesday 17th February).
The crash occurred at the junction between the A970 and B9073 north east of Scalloway.
Firefighters used cutting equipment to release one male occupant who was then transferred to hospital. No other injuries were reported.
