Lerwick Town Hall was bathed in purple light last night to mark this year’s International Epilepsy Awareness Day.
Purple Day is aimed to get people talking about epilepsy, raise awareness of the condition and raise vital funds for the Epilepsy Society.
The town hall was among 46 buildings and landmarks which lit up across Scotland as part of the awareness programme.
