Both the southbound and northbound ferry sailings to and from Shetland have been cancelled this evening (Saturday) due to the weather.
NorthLink Ferrries said a decision on Sunday and Monday sailings will be made on the forecast updates.
The freight services have also been cancelled.
NorthLink said the reason was “dueto forecasted adverse weather conditions and sea heights off the port of Aberdeen”.
NorthLink Ferries has become the only ferry operator to receive a gold rating at the Green Tourism Awards.
