NorthLink have cancelled the northbound sailing from Aberdeen tonight (Friday) due to forecasted conditions.
Hrossey was due to leave Aberdeen at 7pm however, it was decided the adverse weather worsened the conditions to sail.
As a result, tomorrow’s southbound sailing from Lerwick has been cancelled.
The ferry service repeated its warning that there is a high probability of more cancellations over the weekend.
