Accused of house breaking

A man and woman appeared in private at Lerwick Sheriff Court today accused of house breaking.

David Joseph McKinnon, 32, and Kelly Ann Ross, 39, both from Lerwick, appeared from custody in private on a petition alleging a charge of house breaking. Both made no plea or declaration and were committed for further examination and released on bail.
