Emergency services attend house fire in Virkie

Emergency services attended a house fire in Virkie last night (Monday).

Fire and rescue confirmed it received the call at 9.46pm with two appliances attending the scene.

The blaze was described as "not an extensive fire" and was "dealt with quite quickly" with fire and rescue leaving the scene just after 11pm.

There were no casualties.
