Man charged with housebreaking and culpable and reckless conduct

A 44-year-old man has been charged with theft by housebreaking and culpable and reckless conduct to injury.

Stuart Duncan appeared in private at Lerwick Sheriff Court yesterday (Monday).

Duncan, whose address was given as Shetland, entered no plea, was committed for further examination and remanded in custody.

He is due before court again within eight days.
