Police investigate potential stabbing in Lerwick

Investigations are under way into a potential stabbing in the Burgh Road area of Lerwick yesterday night (Wednesday).

Police confirmed it received the call at around 11.55pm and the alleged victim did not require medical attention.

Officers are now following a positive line of enquiry into an assault.
