UPDATE: Man found 'safe' after concerns were raised for a person at the Knab





A man has been found "safe and well" after emergency services attended the Knab area of Lerwick.

Police confirmed the call came in at about 12.30pm today (Friday).

A coastguard officer at the scene said an older man had gone missing near to the cliffs and had asked people to keep an eye out.

However, the coastguard has since confirmed the man is "safe and well" and the teams stood down around 2pm.
